Created by Daniela Custódio, a Brazilian-born facilitator living in Ireland, this space was born from years of personal healing, ancestral studies, and immersion in women’s circles and Amazonian plant medicine traditions.
What We Offer: • Yoni Steaming Stools & Herbal Blends: Handmade stools and carefully selected herbs to bring ancestral womb care back into your daily life. • Online Courses & Workshops: Teachings that weave ancient wisdom with modern self-care, guiding you to deeper self-awareness and feminine power. • 1:1 & Group Coaching: Supportive guidance for women seeking clarity, healing, and empowerment on their personal journey. • Retreats & Gatherings: Sacred circles, ceremonies, and immersive experiences to heal, connect, and celebrate womanhood.
With a background in business administration, having worked with renowned companies like Google and Adobe, Daniela left the corporate world to walk a different path — traveling with indigenous tribes of the Amazon, studying women’s healing practices, herbs, and natural gynecology. She now brings together practical expertise and heartfelt spirituality to create offerings that are grounded, accessible, and deeply transformative.
The Life I Want is an invitation to slow down, listen to your womb, and remember that you are your own medicine.
What is Yoni Steaming?
Yoni steaming is an ancient self-care ritual where a woman gently exposes her pelvic area to the steam of warm water infused with medicinal herbs. This practice has been used by many traditional cultures worldwide to support womb health, ease menstrual discomfort, promote postpartum recovery, and connect with feminine energy on a deeper, sacred level.
At The Life I Want, we honor the ancestral roots of this practice, offering safe guidance and high-quality herbal blends to make your steaming experience both nurturing and transformative.
Most of our gatherings take place in Ireland, and spots are limited.

Daniela Custódio
I was born in São Paulo, Brazil, but my soul was raised barefoot in the hills of Minas Gerais, among herbs, prayers, snakes, and the blessing hands of my grandmother. For years, I walked the corporate path. High heels, fast pace, big titles. I lived what many would call a dream. But inside, I was tired, disconnected from my truth, and from the little girl who once dreamed of a life surrounded by trees and freedom. A life-changing moment led me to choose abortion, alone, in silence, in a country where it’s illegal. That experience opened a crack in my soul and set me on a journey that would change everything. I left Brazil. I searched for healing. And I found it in Ireland, and later, deep in the Amazon, with the Huni Kuin people and the sacred plants that taught me how to listen again. I began to remember who I was. I cleaned my inner house. I studied, I cried, I prayed. I forgave myself. And slowly, I returned to my body, to my womb, to my voice. Today, I hold sacred spaces for women to heal, remember, and rise, through yoni steaming, ancestral rituals, circles, courses, and truth-telling. Because The Life I Want is not just mine. It’s ours. Let’s walk it together.
